The IMADA 180 Degree Peel Test Fixture is designed to deliver accurate and repeatable peel strength testing for adhesive materials such as tapes, sheets, films, and bonded components. Engineered for precision, this fixture performs 180-degree peel tests in accordance with parts of IEC, ISO, ASTM, and Japanese Industrial Standards, making it an excellent choice for quality control laboratories, research facilities, and industrial testing applications.

Available in P180-200N and P180-200N-BB models, the fixture supports peel force measurements from 0.5 to 200 N and is ideal for testing adhesive tapes, printed circuit boards, screen protector films, copper foil, laminated films, coating films, and other bonded materials. The Breadboard (BB) model provides secure sample fixing using clamps, making it especially suitable for testing adhesive sheets mounted on rigid boards.

Designed to work with compatible IMADA force gauges and motorized test stands, this peel test fixture provides reliable and consistent results while improving testing efficiency across manufacturing, electronics, automotive, packaging, and material testing industries.
