The Digital Bottle Cap Torque Tester is designed to deliver accurate and reliable torque measurements for bottle cap application and removal testing. Featuring a high-precision digital torque meter, this tester provides refined readings with excellent repeatability, making it an ideal solution for quality control laboratories, packaging facilities, beverage manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and food processing industries.

With a testing range of 0100 inch-lbs, the instrument accurately measures both cap tightening and removal torque while displaying results in either inch-pounds or Newton-meters. The digital display captures and holds the peak reading for approximately 20 seconds, allowing operators to record measurements with confidence.

Powered by a USB adapter with an internal rechargeable lithium battery, the Digital Torque Tester offers reliable performance and user-friendly operation. It can also be upgraded to a Computer Interface Torque Tester, providing additional flexibility for advanced testing and data management requirements.
